Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our returns policy.


Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us for all orders over $15.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Colorado. Returns are also processed here in our Boulder warehouse.

Discount codes or gift cards cannot be redeemed when using our returns portal.

Under our returns policy we offer Free Returns for all products as per the following options:

  1. Refund to the original payment method 
  2. Exchange for an alternative product
  3. Credit for the value of the original item, to be used against a new purchase.

All returns must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition in the original retail packaging.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
