Warranty Support

LIMITED 2-YEAR WARRANTY

CATEYE products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of the original purchase. If the product fails due to normal use, CATEYE America will repair or replace the defective product at no charge.
(Accessories and normal deterioration of the battery are excluded.)

Warranty service must be performed by CATEYE America or an authorized CATEYE retailer. This warranty applies only to products purchased in the U.S. from authorized retailers.

To submit a claim:
Contact CATEYE America at 1-800-522-8393 or email service@cateye.com to receive a warranty return order number and return shipping label.

The complete product—including all applicable sensors—must be returned for the claim to be valid. Clearly write the issued case number on the outside of the return packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.
A sales receipt or completed warranty certificate (included in your product manual) must accompany the product. If no receipt is available, and the product was purchased locally, please have the retailer where the product was purchased contact CATEYE America to submit the claim on your behalf.

Amazon purchases:
CATEYE products purchased on Amazon are covered under warranty only if the seller is located within the U.S. or if purchased from the official CATEYE Amazon Store. If you are uncertain about the seller’s location, click into the seller profile to verify
