Velo Wireless+

Too early for proper review but so far so good. I've had 3 or four cateyes and one is still working fine after about 10 years (Strata wireless) My only complaint is the manual. There should be an online user friendly version such as the one by a German competitor (though that one died after only 2 years. One good thing is that if you see "Sleep" you will remember to press button or else the miles will not register. The strata starts anyway though you must remember to reset the trip distance otherwise the miles from before simply continue.

I like it, particularly, the display is larger than on my previous computer. The only negative for me is that it does not wake up when I start pedaling like my older model. I have to manually bring it out of sleep mode. I also got the out front bracket which I like. It makes it easier to read the display while riding.

It was a Christmas gift so my review is only for processing and shipping. Which was very good.

I didn't want another app installed on my phone and had the space for a small computer. Shopped around and based on reviews and word of mouth, picked up the Velo Wireless+. Easy to install and after tweaking the placement of the sensor on the wheel worked perfectly... my needs aren't complicated - just elapsed time and distance. But absolutely loving it and for the money, I think a very good value - there's cheaper ones out there but sticking with a brand who's done it for decades.

As advertised. Easy peasy install.. love it.
