BM-45 Bar End Mirror

I have several bar-end mirrors, and found them to be the finest.
Clear, wide enough these are the only mirrors that I feel safe using.
My latest purchase was a mistake on my part?
The latest one received was about half as large.
I have tried many mirrors for bicycles since 1972, and these are the fonest.

Great piece of kit. Sadly, when bike was scraped against a wall, the mirror broke off.

However; the great staff at Cateye sent me a replacement.

This mirror is solidly made, sleek looking and inconspicuous, and gives a nice, clear, plenty-sufficient field of view. The weakness: if the mirror head gets knocked off, it is physically imposssible to pop its ball-and-socket joint back together.
