HR-12 Bluetooth Heart Rate Sensor

Bought the Padrone digital because of the heart rate feature and really wanted a simple computer for mt. biking. It’s hard to find that among all the gps computers that seem really over complicated. Unfortunately I didn’t realize CATEYE sold it without the speed sensor and with. I picked wrong, not sure why it would be sold separately any ways. CATEYE took care of the issue and all is good. Good customer service from Boulder!

Plug and play!

I have a Garmin and had been using a Wahoo prior to buying the Cateye HR-12. It appears to work well and appears to be able to be used with Strava for significantly less money than buying a new Wahoo. I have only used it twice, but I am pleased with my purchase. My only reason for not giving it a 5-stars is that I unable to see my current heart rate of my phone while exercising without having to open the app. Other than that, it works well and does an excellent job in all other respects. It was easy to download the app and pair up with my phone.
