Being able to order directly from CatEye USA is the best part of the purchase. I am tired of ordering drop-ship, 3rd party, Amazon, EBay, or similar. There is no brand loyalty when buying through these other selling portals. It only has become a price game. CatEye, I hope you continue to sale from your own site. Look at the brands that fell off like Cygolite, LightnMotion, and I forget the other I was thinking of- they all went to Amazon, Modern Bike, QBP, and EBay exclusively.

Also, stop dumbing down your products. The Omni line is the best, with the 3 being the top tier in longevity!

Omni 3 is great, easy to mount and effective.

Great customer service, this is my second one in 6 months. First one worked until it didn't and changing batteries did not work. Just got this one put on my bike and it looks and worked great... so far!
