Strada Universal

This a great small, slim cyclometer. I like it. I have it mounted on the stem so the handlebars are not crowded or cluttered.

Disappointingly malfunctioned after 2 1/2 years so not warranted - but do appreciate the 20% discount on a replacement. Programing instructions are difficult to follow, but I now have a new one working and odometer is reset properly. Also appreciate the availability of a life person to talk to about my problems. It was very helpful. Unfortunately I don’t remember his name.

The one I bought last year kept stopping and I would have to reset. Finally, emailed my costumer service snd right away sent me packaging slip email . I return and new one came and has been working great.

So far the unit is functioning well. However the lens has a tiny crack in it.

Bought the Strada Universal to replace my 15+ year old Cateye Micro which died. Strada Universal works great a love the way I can change mode by clicking the console. Easy to setup and use.

Big Kudos to customer service! The first computer sent to me had a tiny crack at the top of the screen. Contacted customer service that they provided a return label. They sent me another computer upon receipt. Did know what to expect during that process. It all worked out and I’m a happy customer.
