I had this light for less than a year before I had an issue charging it. The folks at CATEYE did not hesitate or took long to send a replacement one to my home address so I can be back on the road.
I live in the PNW and ride at night a lot when it’s winter or after long days on the bike during the summer days. I need a light that is bright and lasts a long time. There have been ocasiones where I didn’t have to charge the Viz450 for more than a week to compliment it’s different extremely bright blinking settings. I bought two of these viz450 lights they are by far the brightest I have seen the hyper flash for daytime is great. The battery lasts forever and the mounts are great I got them on rear racks so make sure you order the mount you need. I get so many compliments for them. Cat eye makes awesome products. Definitely don’t hesitate to buy these or any of there lights.
I have had this light for a long time and it has proven to be very reliable, I have never had a single problem and it always works as expected. Furthermore, I always receive comments from other cyclists and also motorists with regards to the visibility of the light, that it is very bright and can be seen from a far distance. Love this light and I never ride without it.
